Increasing staff performance
A beauty product retailer has completely different sales reported by similar outlets. The retailer sought to understand the consumer behavior in outlets, as existing business intelligence tools (BI) could not provide an answer to new difficult questions.
In several outlets, the Focus Wi-Fi Analytics demonstrated a difference in the average dwell time. After a few weeks of analytical data collection, the retailer found that such difference was without a shred of a doubt caused by less qualified staff of one of the shifts.
Additional training and partial staff replacement produced tangible results, which increased the visit time and pushed up sales by 8%.
